Came here to visit my loved one and the staff was really polite. The lobby and dining area were very clean. My loved one seemed to be very happy with his time there so far. The building is open and it is a place where you stay at will. They have a good AA program to help work through your issues. Visitation is on Saturdays & Sundays from 2-4 and begin 20 days after your relative has been in the program. It is an all male residence where necessities for hygiene and food are provided. The guys are allowed a phone 2 weeks after being in the program. Residents are 2 to a room and are expected to participate in upkeep of the home. Every man is given housekeeping duties to complete after breakfast. After 60 days residents are able to obtain a weekend pass and after 45 days are allowed to leave the property after 4 p.m. There are random drug tests and loss of privileges for breaking the rules. All in all from what I've heard this program seems really fair and gives residents many opportunities to advance themselves. UPDATE: My loved one has been clean of Meth for over 60 days, received medical services he desperately needed, gained weight, made friends and enrolled in the G.E.D program. Things are better for our family already. Half the battle is being ready to accept help. God bless you in your struggle toward recovery. 2nd Update. My loved one spent 4 months at royal and is now 10 months clean. He occassionaly returns for the AA meetings and has successfully completed a 6 month outpatient program.
I go there to share my experience strength and hope, with others so that day too can see that recovery is possible.
This place is great. Pretty much saved my life. Really works, only if you're serious about recovery. A good place to get off the street, clear your head, and restart your life. All basic necessities provided, a bed, a shower, plenty of food, and plenty of recovery knowledge, if you are willing to listen that is. They gave me an opportunity to get out of a really bad situation and start my Life over. I am so grateful to have had a chance to stay here.
My people. Saving each others lives

It was GNARLY but it did the job. Good staff especially Betty♥️.. Gotta be strong get a sponsor ASAP and stay away from the BS.
I'm very grateful for Royal Palms, I have a another chance. One day at a time.
This is a great place! The workers there made my family member feel at home! The gentleman that worked the front desk was very honest and patient about everything. My family member said the food was great! Tho my family member didn’t stay, it was only because it was too far from home and we discovered outpatient services would be a better fit and provide him the services he needed.
Very nice folks here!
Homeless Health Care Center is holding it's Thanksgiving Event there for the client's which will include me. L0l
End of the block recovery. Last stop before prison or a 6 foot ditch in the ground. Rooms are shared and so hot as this place was a Hotel owned by Boxer Gene Tunny of 20s and 30s.
